7.7 magnitude earthquake strikes Myanmar

A 7.7 magnitude earthquake has been reported in central Myanmar. The epicentre was located 16km north-west of the city of Sagaing causing extensive damage across the region. Strong tremors have also been felt elsewhere in Thailand and south-west China.
